Game Review - Patapon PSP

Out off all the psp games this year this is one you have to buy. Patapon is set in the settlement of patapolis which is where you organise your army, chosse new weapons etc. Although its a good game and all you will need some sort of rhythm if you wish to play this type of game.

The game involes you (almighty one, as the patapons refer to you ) to tap out different sequences of drum beats such as march, attack and defend. through the game there are a number of different bosses to fight and hunting missions where you will collect resources for making new warriors.

The Good

The colourful backgrounds and catchy music add up to make rhythm games the new hit.
customizing your army is quite enjoyable too.

The Bad

the game can get quite repetitive and can sometimes have you replaying several of the same levels. Boss levels can take you up to five times to complete them.

Ending Comments

overall i'd give the game a 9/10 just because of it's uniqueness and its funny characters.
